my opinion 2 and 3 are your better ones.
to be constructive the
1.i don't like the glow surrounding the emblem. feels too heavy.
4.5.6. i dislike the blocky font you chose the graphics are cool in each of them but the logos and font stand out too much.
don't take it personally though they're all great. i'm just being picky and want to improve you as a designer. plus someone could completely disagree with what i have to say.
