"NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, version xxx.xx stopped responding" issue

when i get this error msg "NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, version xxx.xx stopped responding" my game auto-closes and it happens in any freaking game like CS:GO, DOTA 2, League of Legends and BF3 - BF4.

There are multiple things you can try:
http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/66884 - Try downloading the driver for your video card. If I'm not mistaken that's the most updated version, but I could well be wrong. If so, go into device manager and click the dropdown arrow next to "display adapters", and right-click your graphics card then click "update driver software..."

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling your graphics card and then restarting your computer, it'll detect the graphics card and reinstall it which will hopefully get rid of any errors as well as install the latest version and driver.
