Be available at different hours than most staff members due to the different time zone, communicate with the recent surge of Spanish speaking players and welcome them, provide the community and the staff team with experience that can assist them with problems or give useful insight when necessary, present a friendly and open atmosphere for new and old players alike to enjoy the game even further.
