2-in-1 Character bugs

[Sacrifices]

First off, I cannot delete my one character, it keeps saying I have donor items or what ever, and now when I try to play as said character, it crashes.

Second, special character names aren't allowed, right? Then why did a message pop up saying "You cannot use the character '!' in a name." then gave me the character?

Update: I created 2 characters. 1 With the name of "Duane!!" and "µtorrent".

Well, if you have donator items, you can move them to the storage/central bank.

I don't. The game refuses to let me delete it, and what about special characters in names?
