mouse scroll - (disable enable number 4&5)

you can add in options a button to disable enable mouse scroll (i dont really know how to say but) like the meds wont come when you scroll

I understand what you mean, and this is a great idea, you should post it on the suggestion thread. I also use the mouse, and unfortunatly I do not wear meds because of that

Just what I was looking for! It's basically removing any custom/special items from the scroll weapons rotation so that it won't get in the way. It's an option that I was going to suggest as well, I'm glad someone noticed.
